Building adaptive capacity in communities vulnerable to climate shocks. This includes drought-resistant food production, water conservation techniques, and early warning systems for nutrition emergencies.
Rapid response mechanisms for nutrition emergencies including acute malnutrition treatment, emergency feeding programs, and coordination with humanitarian partners during crisis situations.
Supporting livelihood diversification and income generation activities that improve food security and nutrition outcomes in ASAL communities, including livestock management and drought-resistant agriculture.
